Computer Training: Introduction to 

MS Word 2000/2003

 

We have split our Computer Training into both introductory and advanced computer training. Trainees will learn skills using up to date and commonly used software applications such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. M.E.T. Inc.’s introductory classes teach trainees the basic and primary skills that will provide a solid foundation for creating professional documents. The trainees will learn such skills as text editing, spelling and grammar checking, formatting, workbook

construction including: working with ranges, creating simple formulas, copying and moving data, Auto formatting, build complex documents using tables and much more. Our Advanced Computer Training classes teach trainees advanced skills including presentation needed for creating professional documents. The trainees will learn advanced skills such as: customization, drawing, editing, adding effects, importing and exporting data, charts, tables and web pages as well as receive information on

presenting this information to wider audiences and more.

Course Goal: to learn a variety of primary skills that will provide a solid foundation for creating professional documents.  These skills include building a Word document, working with tables and  tabs, editing, formatting, and printing Word documents.  

Learning Objectives: When you complete this course, you will have learn to:
