M.E.T. Inc. shall pay the Industrial Funding Fee (IFF) of 0.75% sales, in accordance with

clause 552.238-77.

 

M.E.T. Inc. has an approved accounting system to track labor hour task orders and is

authorized to accept labor hour task orders when determined appropriate by the task

ordering agency.

 

Other Direct Costs (ODC’s) will be listed as separate line items and identified as “open

market charges.” The task-ordering official will negotiate these Other Direct Costs when

the task order is issued. When ODC’s are valued over $2,500.00, all pertinent acquisition

regulations must be followed.
