Leadership Training

M.E.T. Inc.’s high impact Leadership Training is designed to assist organizations, policymakers, and their customers in: Creating and refining organization vision statements, mission statements, goals, objectives, methods, and evaluation tools. Our

trainers provide training in effective communication and different modes of

communications, design, implement, and coach customers in "train the trainer" service

delivery models. Other goals associated with this training are assessing personal

effectiveness in using leadership skill sets and communication tools, training in

preparing successful communication and collaborative interaction, speaking, writing

and oral presentation skills building. Our Leadership Training utilizes a 30-item

inventory process to identify strengths and opportunities for effective listening and

provide the trainees with the skills needed for identifying internal and external barriers

to effective communication, discover practical ways to improve listening performance

and creating explicit approaches for understanding and resolving conflict. In addition,

M.E.T. Inc. specialist will provide training and hands-on practice in dimensional

listening and feedback, skill development, personal, professional value clarification,

and behavior modification training, career mobility advancement such as professional

etiquette, dressing for success, attitude and behavior modification, making a good first

impression, and relationship building. This training also assists participants in

professional presentation, job seeking, and job keeping skill development with focus on

presenting yourself for success, organizing ideas into compelling messages, presenting

ideas with poise and confidence, creating powerful audio/visuals, and interacting with

large and small audiences successfully.
