Peak, Peek and Pique

MET’s training goal is for any firm to achieve performance greatness for their mission, organization, stakeholders, employees, themselves, and the customers they serve. We all want to achieve greatness and reach the top of our capabilities.

MET’s Instructor Led Training consultants want to achieve delivery of service greatness.  MET instructors are training investors who are deeply committed to providing high impact training that will yield a high return on our clients’ training dollars.

MET is committed to investing and believing in all of our clients and we will continue to do so until they invest and believe in themselves! How do we do that? By building into all of our design, processes, and training the ability for participants to peak, peek and pique! MET’s training supports life-long learning; and to shift the perception of training as a mandate to training that is embraced as a means to producing masterpiece quality outcomes. Participants will come to training with one or more of the three intentions:

1. Participants will want to learn the knowledge or skills that will allow them to improve or peak their performance. We all face change. It is important to recognize that change is inevitable and growth is optional. High impact training will allow the learner to exercise their option to grow and reach their peak performance level.

 

2. Other participants will come to training to take a peek, a long peek, at what the training will mean to them professionally and personally. They will peek at the knowledge and skills taught in training and will be able to see or peek into the future and see the benefits of training.

 

3. A peek at a new set of skills might pique someone’s curiosity to learn more about how those skills could be used to cause improvements in professional development or an organization’s capacity building expectations. When you have piqued someone’s curiosity, it begins to allow the imagination to perceive, embrace, and capture breakthrough possibilities strategic to organizational achievement, customer service excellence, and self-sufficient program sustainability.

All training will emphasize how to achieve peak performance for the individual learner. Our training meets the highest standards for quality, results, outcomes, and achievements. Participants will not only have an interactive, valuable, and meaningful learning experience in an Instructor Led Training setting; they will be given the tools, work guides, and the confidence to begin applying new knowledge and enhanced skills immediately following the training.
